Having started, grown and operated several successful businesses, John Bradley knows a thing or two about what it takes to become and remain successful in today’s competitive markets. John is the CEO and founder of H2O Environmental, a full-service hazardous materials firm.
After serving in the U.S. Marine Corps, John worked in the excavation industry and in 1989 he started Waters Excavation. Not wanting to operate backhoes the rest of his life, John took notice that there was a need for a full-service statewide vacuum truck service. He took advantage of this opportunity and started H2O Environmental.
Since its inception in 1996, H2O Environmental has expanded its services to cover much of the Western United States. Originating in Nevada, the company now has five operating bases and services 14 states. They are on track this year to produce revenues of $16 million with 15 percent net returns!
John’s incredible success is in large part due to his passion for continuing education in specific strategic advances to stay competitive in the marketplace. He has a gift for identifying needs and then developing plans to meet those needs based by evolving business operations and processes. He is currently utilizing the newest technology in drones and software to produce 3-D visualization tools for his clients, setting him apart from his competition.
