He nurtured that business until it became one of the highest volume medium-sized agencies in the state. Then, when the travel industry changed, he changed with the times and segued into real estate, becoming a top-selling agent.
Now he coaches McLean International clients nationwide, helping business owners and individual agents get organized, get educated, and become more profitable.
When it comes to training sales teams, he draws on his decades of experience, teaching specific scripts and dialogues that increase performance and boost profits.

Joe is certified as a Training Instructor and Designated Broker by the Department of Real Estate in Arizona, whose standards are among the most stringent in the nation. That puts him second to none when it comes to getting broker/owners up to speed on the rules, regulations, and policies that keep them out of court and help them avoid fines.
To Joe, there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all solution. In his own words, the most valuable asset he brings to clients is “listening skills.” He doesn’t even begin to formulate a solution until after he’s developed a thorough and nuanced understanding of the problem.

When Joe isn’t advising clients on boosting their profits, he’s usually pursuing one of his other passions: skiing, sailing in the Caribbean, or enjoying vacation time with his family.
