That means speaking thoughtfully about what’s going on in the company, sharing any news that could affect those around you, and being transparent in all your dealings with staff.
Think about how you can inspire your team. Bring them in on your business planning and get their input. Lead by example and show your team that you are willing to work hard as well. And be encouraging. Praise and encouragement will help your team feel motivated to keep up the good work.
