Are you living in the present moment? 
When we live in the present moment, or the “here and now,” we are aware and mindful of what is happening at this very moment. We are not distracted by memories of the past or worries about the future. Our focus is on the NOW. Who can we pay attention to NOW? What can we do NOW? How can we embrace NOW?
