McLean Business Analysis (MBA)
The MBA functions like a comprehensive diagnostic service of your entire operation. We start by meeting with each of your team members to hear their perspective on what works and what doesn’t. From there, we discover how to engage them, so they’re dedicated to making positive change in your business. With your team members working towards success, we then evaluate the 8 critical facets of your organization, and provide actionable recommendations to strengthen each one of those areas for greater overall success.
- Leaders needing a new perspective on opportunity for growth
- Teams needing clarity on the next step to new success
- Leaders wanting a prioritized plan to increase productivity and profitability
The 8 Critical Facets of Your Organization:
- Customer retention
- Sales systems
- Team growth and development
Team Advance Business Planning
Creating a business plan across departments and between several team members can be taxing and time-consuming. Team Advance Business Planning makes this process extremely efficient, thorough, and easy to implement.
Days before we arrive in your office, each team member receives a DISC personality assessment and worksheet. The worksheet asks questions that cause each member to think about their role, and the responsibilities and challenges of other departments within your organization. Then we compile this valuable data into reports including a 26-page DISC Teams and Values report. Together, we review this information as a group. This critical step provides intense self and team awareness, helping each member work more supportively together, with greater understanding, and deeper engagement. In addition, this awareness shows each member how to work with their customers for higher results and stronger relationships.
From this heightened state of individual and cross-department awareness, we guide your team through the 8 critical facets of your business. By the end of your session, you’ll walk away with a comprehensive action plan for strengthening and growing your business with greater efficiency, ease, and bottom-line results.
- Growing teams needing to connect and create synergy
- Teams wanting to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Leaders needing a plan to get all team members on the same page

Team Tune Up
Friction, misunderstandings, conflict… they all increase your management time, which keeps you from building your business. The Team Tune Up training builds teamwork, improves communication, and boosts productivity by increasing your team’s ability to understand how to best work with one another and their clients. In turn, it increases your team’s efficiency and productivity. Team Tune Up also teaches your team how to communicate with each other in the most efficient and impactful way. The training incorporates the DISC Teams and Values Assessments. The training includes a 26-page DISC Team and Values Report, showing each team member how to value their strengths while managing their weaknesses. Each team member leaves the session with a clearly defined, personal plan for increasing individual productivity, efficiency, and useful communication between team members and customers. The entire team leaves knowing how to work together as a single, focused unit. As a result, you’ll achieve your business goals with greater ease, creativity, and harmony.

- Virtual as well as in-person team members
Systems Tune Up
The 3 parts of a successful company are: marketing, systems, and your people. To make meaningful and lasting progress, it’s critical you take pause and evaluate your systems. Over and over again, we found when there’s a hiccup in your business, chances are your systems – not your people – need fixing. In every business, your efficiency, productivity, and consistency directly affect the quality of your output.
We evaluate all of your existing systems, including: software, quality of your checklists, paperwork flow, office layout, and organization. Based on our analysis, you’ll receive action-oriented suggestions to increase work efficiency, productivity, and accuracy. In short, we take your existing systems, make them better, then teach your team how to use them and understand the value of them for consistent compliance.
- Teams of two to twenty looking to reach new levels of effectiveness
- Busy teams with no time to evaluate efficiency
- Teams wanting to take their productivity to a higher level
