Are you ready to be POWERFULLY productive the last 180 days of the year?
Wherever you started the year, with or without a formal business plan mapped out, you likely had some goal in mind. With only 180 days remaining in the year, now is the time to Analyze, Strategize and take MASSIVE action the final 180 days. This simple and proven process will help you cross YOUR finish line and feeling great with your achievement!
Schedule time to work ON your business and dive into the 8 critical facets of your business. We go into great detail on each of these in our book, Snapshot Business Planning. If you haven’t already picked up your copy, you can find it HERE.
These eight facets of your business are:
- Financials
- Products and Services
- Marketing
- Team Growth and Development
- Sales Systems
- Customer Retention
- Technology and Equipment
- Office
When reviewing the 8 facets, ask yourself, “How satisfied am I in each of these areas?” You might have a high level of satisfaction, for example, with your Marketing facet. However, you might feel there’s so much to be done with your Client Retention facet. Whatever your specific situation, determine in which of those 8 facets you have the lowest level of satisfaction. Then, clarify:
- What is working and what is not working in that facet?
- What can be done (realistically) with the next 180 days to improve your level of satisfaction?
- Who will help you accomplish this step?
- Set specific deadline dates for either progress or completion
- Measure your results

When we work with our clients during this planning process we dive in quickly and come up with a “doable” plan of action for all the items and then come up with the MOST important top 6 action steps.
One of the things that I do in the planning process with clients is help people zero in like a laser beam, rather than them operating like a floodlight on their own!
We do this on Zoom sessions or telephone sessions and work with you to help you accomplish this. We dial into a client’s business and go through this process so that they have that “doable” plan of action that they can go and work on.
These are one of the most sought after sessions we do because it gives our clients that action plan of steps.
