Intuition is the ability to understand something immediately, without the need for conscious reasoning. Sometimes you will hear this called a “gut instinct”.  Intuition is more than just a feeling or a hunch.   It is when you have a quick insight into something without relying on analyzing the thought.  Intuition or ‘gut feeling’ isn’t necessarily logical, but it still feels like the right direction.  You may not be able to explain why you are making a certain decision, but you know it is the right thing to do.
